Quality

Most of our toys are made from beech wood, which is carefully selected and the processing is free of any chemicals. The wood is coloured and polished through a special technology (our own method which has been developed and improved over many years). Through using this method we achieve bright and pleasant colours and the paints do not obscure but rather highlight the grain of the wood. The flawless surface is water and scratch resistant. The high standard of quality is ensured by strict checks in every sector of the production. All products go through final checks before packing and exporting to the customers.

Safety

We want to ensure and maintain the safety of our toys so they are produced and regularly tested in order to comply with up-to-date European standards and Internacional safety standards. The surfaces of our wooden toys and decorations are treated only with high quality, ecological, certified, water-based paints and lacquers from renowned European producers, which comply with EU standard EN 71 therefore they are suitable for use on toys for children of any age. Glues and additional materials (fabrics, leather etc.) used in the production of toys, are also checked and tested to conform with all relevant and required safety standards. All products are marketed with a hanging tag or a sticker containing detailed information about the product and the compulsory labeling indicating the complience with the relevant standards. CE

Ecology

Our products are made from ecologically felled and indiginous wood sources and only ecologically friendly paints and materials are used. Our technology is almost waste-free and the packaging is recyclable and clearly labeled. We strive to protects our environment and so we have taken appropriate measures in the areas of production, storage and transport. We believe that being environmentally friendly should be everyone's priority.

History

Our production of wooden toys and decorations started in 1991. We are continuing the rich tradition which has been developing in Bohemia over the last two centuries.

We began as a small family workshop, producing for the home market which slowly expanded over time as a result of customer demand and satisfiction with the quality of our products, so our little family business grew into a company with a comprehensive production programme with export into many countries all over the world.

Present time

Currently we produce more than 950 varieties of products and still continue to develop new designs. We employ about 60 people in two production halls and several tens of craftsman who work for us from their respective home workshops. All the production takes place in the Czech Republic and we ensure good working conditions for all our employees. Our flexible external staff make our production possibilities also very open and flexible. We able able to raise and lower the capacity of the production dependant upon the volume of market demand at any moment .

Apart from our standard yet evolving range of products, we also offer tailor-made commissions based on our customer's specific requirements. When developing a new design we put emphasis on originality and utility value. In the production we concetrate on high quality and safety of the products.

Export

Our company has many years of xperience with exporting our products throughout many countries in Europe, USA, Africa, Japan and other parts of the world. We make every effort to negotiate the best price possible regarding transport of the goods to our customers. Before the goods are sent they are always thoroughly checked and packed by our experienced members of staff. Our packing should withstand even rough and unxpected handling during the transport. The boxes are also packed into water resistant foil and secured by special tape.
